Seva transforms lives by restoring sight.

Yoga for Sight is an annual benefit offered by yoga studios around the world. Through a variety of events, yogis and yoginis deepen their practices by increasing empathy for people who live with blindness and low vision.

Get involved in Yoga for Sight!

Participating studios host events that engage participants with their sense of sight in a new way, donating proceeds to support Seva. Seva's Sixth Annual Yoga for Sight will be taking place this year between the months of April and culminating in June.

Past Yoga for Sight events have included:

• Yoga classes that take place in the dark or where everyone wears blindfolds
• Donating proceeds or a percentage of proceeds from classes designated as Yoga for Sight benefits
• Hosting guest speakers
• Showing short films about Seva's work and holding discussions before or after a yoga class
