We were able at the same moment to do something that was sophisticated scientifically, and that was financially large scale and responsible, and at the same moment, be involved with the individual human heart.
One end we were working with the World Health Organization and the government of Nepal and at the other end we were concerned with one widow in Guatemala and what her situation was with her new goat.
